    Customer journey mapping is your opportunity to put the customer front and centre of your marketing communications planning. Through a combination of theory and practical applications, you will learn how to research and understand your target audiences using free and low cost tools, distill the insights and create a strategic customer journey map for your client or marketing team. The results are two fold - the creation of new strategic documents in your marketing communication planning, and a new skill for your marketing career.
